Refund Policy

We refund approved returns to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank typically posts it in 5 to 10 business days after that.

What's covered

Refunds cover the price of the returned items. The original $6 shipping is not refunded unless the return is our error.

Order cancellations

If you email us before your order ships, we cancel and refund in full. Once it ships it falls under the return policy.

Defective or incorrect items

Refunded in full including shipping.
